Refund Policy

TokenFable is operated by Tokencraft Studios LLP. This policy covers agency projects and self-serve portal or app plans sold under the TokenFable brand. Exact terms in your invoice, proposal, or plan confirmation take priority if they differ.

Custom branding, marketing, AI, automation, and creative work is scoped before start. Advance or milestone payments are generally non-refundable once that milestone’s work has begun, because time and production costs are already committed.

If we cancel a project before delivery for reasons on our side, we will refund unused prepaid fees for undelivered work, or offer a credit, as agreed in writing.

Monthly or prepaid portal plans (website, ecommerce, logo tools, and similar) renew as stated at signup. You may cancel before the next billing period; we do not prorate or refund unused days of an already paid period unless required by law or stated in your plan.

Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable after the account or store has been provisioned.

Email hello@tokenfable.com with your invoice or order reference and reason. We review requests in good faith within a reasonable time. Chargebacks without contacting us first may delay resolution.
