TokenFable is a brand operated by Tokencraft Studios LLP (“we”, “us”). These terms cover use of our website, self-serve portals, and agency services described on this site.

Agency work (marketing, branding, AI setup, automation, creative, and related consulting) is scoped in writing before work starts. Portal and app plans are subject to the catalogue and plan terms we share at signup or on request.

We may update service descriptions on this website. The written quote, proposal, or plan confirmation you receive governs what we deliver for a paid engagement.

If you receive a login to a TokenFable-branded panel (website, ecommerce, logos, or similar), you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the platforms or attempt unauthorised access.

Materials we create for a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in your proposal. Until invoices for that work are paid, we retain rights in unfinished or unpaid deliverables. You must have rights to materials you supply to us (logos, photos, copy, customer data).

You may not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity, including spam, fraud, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from website use or a service engagement is limited to fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, except where law does not allow that exclusion.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
